A fitbit tracks your steps, but what about your sleep? Fitbit is coming out with a new fitbit, The Alta HR. Fitbit has already made the fitbit Alta, and now is making it with a heart rate monitor. Fitbit has many different varieties of different models of fitbits and recently a few months ago came out with the Charge 2 and Flex 2. Currently, right now, all fitbits track sleep, how many minutes you are asleep, times restless, and times awake. With the new Alat HR, has a 7 day battery life, and fitbit will track sleep in stages, for example, when you are in deep sleep. The fitbit charge 2 and Blaze, will be getting the same software as the alta updated to the trackers with a free update. The new fitbit Alta will be sold at $150 and will be coming to stores on Monday. Fitbit now, won’t be just tracking steps and exercise detailed, but also sleep.
