Virtual Reality, it lets you go inside of the game, but have you thought of the controller you would use? Well, the Oculus Rift’s creators have created a new controller for the rift. It is called the Oculus Touch, it is the newest controller for the Oculus. Oculus wanted to create a controller for their VR system that was not like a big controller, more like your own hand. Oculus’s competitors, HTC Vive, and PlayStation VR, have large controllers like sticks, not like you are holding a real object like the Oculus Touch gives. The Oculus Touch gives you the feeling that you are holding an object. The Touch is smaller than other controllers because they wanted more of the reality in the game, rather than yourself holding a controller in the virtual world. The Touch is really well created to use your hand in the game world, for example, if you release pressure on a trigger in the real world, the same thing will happen in the game.
