ups drivers might make deliveries with drones

UPS tested delivering packages with drones. Inside the truck the driver can load the package into the drone cargo bin then the top comes off the truck and the drone delivers the package. After the drone lifts off the driver delivers a separate package and the drone meets back up with the driver. If this works the company would save way more money on gas. Between flights the drone would recharge its battery the battery lasts 30 min and the drone can carry up to 10 pounds. Although UPS never said it would deliver a package with a drone john dobero says it all depends on if automated drones could deliver packages safely. Many people are worried that it would make a lot less jobs for people but the owner of the company says the drivers wont be fired.
