Wendy's is planning to go digital. With ordering kiosks, mobile apps, and fresher food. Wendy's wants to join in with today's day and age. They will first start of with ordering kiosks. Wendy's was the first to test the kiosks out and it brought many people's attention. They used it to control labor cost too. I think it will attract many eyes and be more convenient to everyone.
Everyone has a phone right and everyone does not have time to wait in line for there food. If that happens to you, Wendy’s new mobile app that is coming out will be perfect for you. You can order your burger, fries, soft drink, the whole nine yards. There main focus is to make sure it is fresh and delicious. Also, you can customise your burger or save that custom burger to the app and order another time.
